I recently went on a hot air balloon ride with this company and was unsatisfied with my trip and posted a yelp review. After this the company manager not only didn't apologize, he actually went as far as disparaging me on their facebook page (really, how old are you?)

Basically they place a filming crew on our balloon, making a very tight space even tighter. I was a bit annoyed by the incessant questions the film crew asked which I also felt distracted the pilot and took away from my experience. I wanted to enjoy the view in peace, and hear what the pilot has to say to us, not constantly being harassed by the film crew.

Do you know why no one on our balloon tipped the pilot even though your company repeatedly emphasized that it should be $30/per person tip? it's because the experience was not good! this speaks for that, go ahead, ask your pilot to confirm it. This is the first time ever in my life that I didn't leave a tip for a tourism service. As far as I'm concerned, your company owes him a lot of money for tips and all the passengers on our balloon an apology!

Disparaging your customer is no way to run a good business! I would be careful booking with this company because you will be treated very badly if you have any concerns.
