I was coming down Loudon Rd right side. One of your vehicles was in middle Lane. Plate number es15 . It was about 11:20. On Friday. The vehicle was trying to get to far left , to get on 93 south. Your driver was not paying attention. Put directional on and did not check mirrors and stated to pull into left lane. Thank God the driver in that lane was. He cut his wheel and than your driver woke up, and cut his wheel back. The angels were out. Like I said I was on the far right. Your driver was looking at something in car and not paying attention. As a representative of the state not to smart. The car in the far left did nothing wrong was in there lane. Sorry to go on about this but if there had been a officer around and it waswnot a state vechile someone would have gotten a ticket or a warning.
