I m completely disappointed with the whole service...

I m completely disappointed with the whole service in the resort I satay for four days the worse in my life I been in a lots of hotels and this never happened to me I was theft by employee and the manager it s not responsible even the resort I know it was my responsibility to keep my money with me but my prescription glasses? A belt? They got access to our room they have to be responsible some way I did a police report and it has been a week now and noting found? I had to lock my debit cards because they got access to all my info so I had to cancel my vacation in Miami I lost more than the money was taken and not body do anything about it like I told a manager how about if I do not had money to come back to Nc? Let me tell you they don t care if someone wants to book with them and read this I can send you the emails they send to me and the orange sheriffs police report before you go so far this has been happens before but not body do a review the manager said you should use the security box I was really? To save my glasses? And belt? I told them If I can t left my baggage in the room safe why I m paying for the room then? Contact me by email if you need me to proof this to you before you book I just want they do something for us as a client because who ever opened my door while I was out it s the person responsible so far they don t even fire the person who did it Be careful everyone!
