I was in contact with this company before the holidays and was told of multiple availabilities, and began discussions on acquiring a rental. I sent a final email and never heard a response. I called multiple days in a row and never got an answer. Finally I get in touch with them and all the available spots were filled without following up with me. I have also had poor experiences when living with them in the past. Unprofessional and uncaring. Save your time, money, and effort.
