I called to make a payment on my account. The person who took my call sounded spaced out and after giving her my credit card number 4 times she still couldn't apply the payment. I asked for a supervisor and that person appeared to get the payment through. Unfortunately my credit card was charged 3 times. When I called back to get credited, I got the same type of spacey attitude and was put on hold. After waiting I was disconnected, and then called back and asked for a supervisor. Again I was put on hold and eventually transferred but not to a supervisor. The lady told me they would credit the error and call me right back to confirm.
Seems like they have some procedure issues.
