After Greetings I am sorry to file a complaint about the after-sales service against the Egyptian distributor. I have a microwave since two years ago and it got a malfunction. I called the distributor more than once during the past week and a maintenance technician came and informed me that the customer service will call me within 24 hours, four days passed without any contact and we contacted the company again, unfortunately they said, we will be contacted from ten days to two weeks because of the lack of spare parts and determination of the price and time for repair. Is that acceptable to a reputable company with a great reputation that the microwave is repaired after a month? Please inquire and do what is necessary to protect the company's reputation.
