I would give a zero if possible. Very poor company. Very rude and accuse customers of committing crimes. Ended up waiting over three months to settle a car claim two years ago. In the meantime the case worker wouldn t return calls or update myself or agent. When we purchased our replacement vehicle we wanted to increase the coverage. Which in turn would increase our policy cost. IMT wouldn t do it. They said their underwriter wouldn t approve it. I have never had a claim before the last vehicle. Both my wife and I have over 780 credit scores. Then they asked if we purposely damaged the new vehicle? Were we lowering the rate so we could make a claim? Once again accusing us of doing something illegal. Went to Progressive with better rates and more coverage. Since we did that they raised our home insurance over $400 per year. So glad I m moving my homeowners away from them as well. I would give a zero if possible.
