Having never been to yoga before i was nervous abo...

Having never been to yoga before i was nervous about going , but once I was through that door into tribe I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile , it made me feel at ease . The class itself was wonderful for a beginner like me , the teacher was very helpful and helped me out whenever possible .
The facilities are great and kept very clean, showers and hairdryers avaiable .Been recommending it to friends and family since.
