Don't waste your time. Your printer will not get fixed. Buy new. You pay 99.75 for them to tell you it can't be fixed and need another 99.75 to look into it closer. Their "engineer" that should know the ins and outs of printers but did exactly the same thing I did at home to try and fix the problem. Diffently not worth it.
