Worst customer service! We had to FIGHT for Rheem...
Worst customer service! We had to FIGHT for Rheem to recognize that it was their heat pumps that were the problem and not the installation and then they wouldn't recognize the warranty. There were so many 1-800 numbers to call and every time we actually reached a human, we were told that we called the wrong department, despite being told by the previous department that the next person we spoke to would be "the one". While they did end up conceding and are sending 2 brand new units, that was 3 months ago. We have yet to see those units and we continue to get the runaround when we contact them asking for an ETA.
