Brutal reservations department. I've legitimately been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes. But, when I call to make a payment they pick up in 2 minutes. I was really hoping that booking wouldn't be this big ordeal when we bought our vacation package - but of course, once they have your money, they don't give a sh*t about you anymore. Pretty disappointed that we spent 10K with these clowns.
