I have worked with Avenir Mortgage before and have referred them to others looking for a mortgage, all with excellent results. This time they went so far above and beyond what I would expect of a mortgage broker that I'm just blown away. I had been looking for a home to purchase for almost a year and, of course, found one the night before I was leaving to go out of the country for three weeks to a country with sketchy wireless and web. The night before I left I found the perfect home and got an accepted offer. I was in a panic! I had kept Brent and Elice in the loop over the months so they had all my basic info. They took this and ran with it. By the time I returned home I had a new home! They did this in less than three weeks. In today's world where customer service can be a rarity, Avenir goes above and beyond my wildest expectations.
