It's been a few months since we where in the store...

It's been a few months since we where in the store and I wanted to think about my words before I wrote in anger.
My husband and I where looking for a 1.5 to 2ct sapphire wedding ring. When we walked in we saw a few friends who have appeared in there Comercials.The lady said they have everyone do there Comercial with a snotty attitude, we told her what we wanted and she proceeded to tell us, that was very expensive!!!!! We wouldn't be able to afford it! Wow really!!! Then we where watched like hawks never once did Steve have that smile not once where we showed what we wanted! I sell jewlery as well, granted not million dollar rings, I wouldn't treat anyone that way, I don't assume customers don't have money and I treat them like humans! Needless to say we spent 5000 that day on the most amazing ring elesewhere. In cash ...I wanted the experience of the gds, I really wanted to be treated like there commercials. ... wasn't nice, I feel sorry for people who think they are above others I'm not saying go elsewhere they have beautiful things,maybe we caught the mother on a bad day... however....I won't be back.
