My husband and I had a less than favorable experience with previous builders/agents we were planning to build our "forever home" with. So, when we had to start the process again, we were skeptical to trust anyone. Our mindset was if we don't expect anything this time around, we won't be disappointed. We are two positive-minded people, but decided we were going to look at one more house before taking a break from looking. We were mentally drained. The last house we looked at was with Chesapeake Homes. It was literally torrential rain falling that day, but it was as if God was telling me we needed to go look at this house.

We met Alexis Prince that day. She was friendly from the start. You could sense that she wasn't driven by selling a house as much as she was for ensuring we had a "home" that made us happy. She genuinely cared about what we wanted. Alexis was aware of our previous circumstances with our other builders and instead of trying to immediately get us to sign on the dotted line for a house with Chesapeake Homes, she instead requested for us to ask her any questions we had and to tell her our concerns. We were full of questions and she answered them to our satisfaction. Her responses weren't "full of fluff". We've traveled that road before and could now spot it immediately. So, now we are in our "forever home" and extremely happy. We had multiple items come with our home we thought we would have to purchase, but because of Alexis', we didn't have to. To the entire staff who assisted in the smooth process of our locating/financing/closing on our home, we are truly Thankful to God for each of you.

To say we highly recommend Chesapeake Homes/Alexis Prince is an understatement.
