I have purchased a villa in Daksha Vhridhaa and living in for the past two years
The Sree Daksha management treats you like king upto payment after that it never bother about the client in addressing the genuine grievances and handing over the property in good conditions..
The quality of construction is poor/average with defects in every aspects including electrical, plumbing, wood work, flooring etc., The worst part is that they never attend the complaints even after two years of occupation after calling 30-40 times.
Hope they will improve in future.
