Very bad experience, today, after almost a month, I have 2 hours scheduled for my daughters of the EMPAD program, and unfortunately they were not attended, doc. Zamora (in charge of the program and care), refuses to carry out the care because the program team is not there, it seems to me a lack of respect for the fact that no one takes care of this bad situation.
And also neither the secretary nor the doctor are responsible. The doctor excuses himself saying that they didn't call him and he can't do anything, the only thing he can do (according to him) is give me an envelope for next week, which is absurd.
The claim book is available only until 4:00 p.m. and the director is not there. So it is impossible for someone to take over.
My annoyance happens because in addition to the fact that no one is responsible, I missed my work and my daughters to school, to give priority to this care.
