I wrote a formal letter and posted it to Doyle on 4 January 2019 about poor customer service. While they were merging with another company about that time (ADG Security) and were likely rather busy, I am disappointed not to have gotten a response by now -- ten weeks later. Up until that point, ADG had served us well.
A year later - 2 January 2020 - Doyle has since resolved my difficulties with a lot of personal attention from an experienced employee, and I've had very good service over the last several months. I'm modifying my rating from three stars to four since they were eager to help, once they became aware of a complicated service situation as a consequence of their merger.
