Tyler Mueller was an awesome person to buy a car from. He listened to what I was looking for and found me a car I could be happy in. He even made sure the seats were good and clean before I took the car home and ordered me an extra key.
I did not however enjoy how pushy the finance department seemed. I went in to look on the last day of August. That was my first mistake. They tried to insist I buy the car that day (last day to get these deals) etc. I did not and I got an email on the way home, Labor Day sales are McGrath start tomorrow. Sheesh.
I told the finance guy the next day that I d like to look at some other cars. He hemmed and hawed and said nothing was going to be as good as this car I was looking at and refused to show me any other cars. When I kept asking he said we don t have any other Honda Civics . I, unfortunately, let him push me into buying this car.
I do like the car, but regret that I was not given any other options.
As I said, Tyler Mueller was kind and listened and helpful, but McGrath could do better than pushy finance people who leave you feeling like you were hosed buy a used car sales person .
