It's their company policy not to pay refunds, they only issue credits so you need to purchase more of their product to "get your money back". When we returned bad product they issued a credit memo. We haven't purchased anything further from them and when I called to ask for the credit to be refunded they said I "lost" the credit because I didn't use it so there is nothing to refund. They got their product back and kept our money, too.
