If I could give zero I would. Unfriendly staff. No organisation. One rule for one, another for you!! Chaos is what I would say and when you have the audacity to complain you get accused of being abusive!! Staff are horrible and don't want any hassle but have so little people skills it's unreal. Two weeks on the trot! I doubt we will visit here again.
