Not really happy with over all experience.

Not really happy with over all experience.
Has issues with both my soaker tubs and one issue never was rectified to my satisfaction.
Should not of had the problems that I had or be left with them.
Reached out to the store several times but no one ever took my concerns seriously or took ownership.
No follow up
No empathy or concern my issue is semi solved just closing my eyes to the issue would not recommend
