I just what to say that Ritz has Great Customer Service Skill. I was having trouble with setting up the Neat on my computer. Each time he had to get help from another dept. which he advised me he would have to call me back the next day. Ritz keep his promise each time until he was able to help me. I really appreciate his help from beginning to end. He also advised me, that if I needed help again it would be OK to contact him. Thank You Ritz for all of your help.
