Used Luminary to design plans. Although their concepts and designs were great, billing was no were near what was agreed upon. We were informed that they wanted to show a deviation on our plans. Upon discussion it was decided that they'd spend a couple hours coming up with this alternative proposal. In the end they billed us over 8 hours of work on a project that was only meant to be a couple hours. When they bill per hour more than lawyers, 6 hours over budget adds up. I'd recommend them but be aware than any work done will be 4 times more than quoted. Be aware!!!!
