Do not rent this hall. The place was filthy and I had to break my back to clean it with 3 other people, after buying my own cleaning products, and the hall was almost not ready for my party. Then the woman told me that I would get the previous renters security deposit to make up for the $80 I had to spend on mops, buckets, bleach, putty knives (there was gum all over the floor) and air fresheners ( the previous party left a fish soaked towel in the kitchen and the whole place reeked). There was food smeared all over the walls and it seems like the place has not been cleaned in months. When my husband went to pick up the deposit she said that she would only give us our security deposit. Not worth arguing. Dont ever rent this! See my pictures.
