Out of the blue, I have a derogatory mark on my credit report of them claiming that I owe $34 from 2014! Four years ago, and they are posting this bogus charge now which strongly impacted my credit score. All my bills were paid. This is obviously purposeful dishonest billing from reading the other reviews. Now I have to go through the trouble of clearing my report and reporting them to the BBB.
