A beautiful weekend afternoon can be had by visitors of all ages at Wild Life Sydney Zoo. Growing up in rural Australia gave me the opportunity to meet some of these captive species in the wild. However the information provided and ability to see these sorts of animals up close without risk is quite a beautiful thing.

The staff were super friendly, answered all of our questions with a wealth of knowledge and seemed to seriously care for their little friends.

We had the opportunity to see some of the larger ones eat lunch. This was exciting and a little magical to be able to witness.

I was a little disappointed to find the added costs to get to hold the snakes and koalas. It was a worth while spend though as it isn't something you get the chance to do very often.
