Worst pool supplier ever, stay away from it,
I bought a robotic pool cleaner: "Aquabot Pool Rover S2-40i Robotic Pool Cleaner With FREE EXTRA BAG", first at all came without the extra free bag, called Customer service, they blame the manufacturer and they said that they will sent it, a month pass nothing, I submit a one star review, they contacted me within 24 hours after that, emails back and forth and then they blame me saying that I did make a mistake when I ordered the product, photo of the order with the right product was submitted during the claim process, then the refund the handling fee, around $10.00, I submit another one star review and was filtered by Customer service and never was posted like the first one, "CUSTOMER SERVICE FILTER THE REVIEWS AND THEY DO NOT POST ONE STAR OR BAD REVIEWS" in my case happen twice, that's why I'm using google for the review.
About the product itself isn't as good as advertised, my pool is 20x12 and I have to run the robot twice back to back, suction isn't great, only good thing is that is better that the other types of vacuum using the pool filter, product is ok , other websites has the same or better prices stay away from this one,customer service not recommended
