SO it gets better, today I had a AC Guy here and he was in the attic. THE INSTALLERS LEFT THE BROKEN BOARDS OUT AND WENT OVER THE HOLES WITH THE PAPER AND SHINGLES, WE HAVE A TOUNGE AND GROOVE ROOF. I AM GOING TO SAY I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. THAT HADS GOT TO BE THE WORST THING IV'E EVER SEEN..
I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES AND HOPE THEY GET BACK TO ME. THIS IS SERIOUS... ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!!
The Roof is done, It looks good a little damage that we will have to fix.. But that part was Okay. The installers where great. The customer service in Tampa was bad at best, Kiely doesn't think that answering the phone is good for relationships. Called 15 times, 1 response, had to call Pennsylvania to get anything done. When we started in August they said 6-8 weeks took over 13 weeks to get done, The agreement of monies was deposit-a little more at delivery of material, balance at finish, that didn't happen. so at the finish we had to come up with a large sum, and got a little pressure about payment, not a problem. STILL WAITING FOR MY LEIN RELEASE. I don't know if I'd recommend them because of the bad customer service from Tampa..and the long time 4+ weeks to come and clean up all the extra material that was left in my driveway...so wasn't the best experience good thing we are patient. and the installers didn't clean up the nails in the Grass, we had to buy a 4 foot magnet and clean them ourselves, as didn't want our dog to get a nail in his foot. That was the bad part about the installers.. not a good clean up/..OK IT IS NOW JAN 13 2020. AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A LEIN RELEASE FROM THE COMPANY. I HAVE TALKED WITH THEM THEY HAVE CAHED MY CHECK BUT STILL THE PROMISE OF THE RELEASE IS GONE BY WITH TIME LIKE ALL THE OTHER PROMISES.. ASPEN REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THERE CUSTOMER SKILLS. I SEE A LOT OF COMMENTS HERE HOW PROMPT THEY ARE, I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN THE PROMPTNESS EXCEPT FOR WHEN THEY WANTED TO GET PAID!!!
