My experience today was not a good one. I m not going to complain about the food, although, it wasn t great. My complaint is with the owner or manager, whoever he was. While serving our table, the server spilt brown gravy that was overflowing on one of the plates, down the back of my head, neck and down my arm. The owner came over and handed me a napkin with seltzer on it to clean myself up. The gravy was all in my hair, on my neck and now on my hands as I m trying to clean up. He apologized and that was the end of it. The bill arrived, $175, no adjustment at all. Nothing to cover the cost of the white sweater covered in brown gravy, that will clearly wind up in the garbage. Not a cent to even attempt cleaning it or replacing it. I think this was really poor management. I won t be coming back to this restaurant and I ll be telling my story to anyone who asks my opinion. I m terribly disappointed.
