I met Deter when I visited a property he was showing for his company . He was representing the seller and after talking to him on numerous occasions I felt comfortable with having him representing me also in that transaction . As a dual agent, he was always forthright and candid in his replies to my inquiries .
That deal fell out of escrow when I cancelled and I asked him to assist me in locating another property . I thought he might have had enough of me because I requested several inspections of the first property which went beyond the norm .
He obliged and we found an second property that I purchased with him as my agent . Things went smooth always rapid responses to questions and accommodating in every way .
He had been living in the area for many years and could answer all the kinds of questions newcomers ask related to services in the area.
A post script is after we closed the deal I had an issue with a plumbing problem at the cabin . This is not my full time residence and I would not have been aware of the emergency . A neighbor who remembered Deter s office had listed the property managed to get in touch with Deter and he and his son , Brady, his partner agent called me and before I could get up there they got the water company to turn off the water and avoid damage to the property . The deal had been closed and they did not have to go up there and spend their time dealing with this ! You want representation beyond good - use Deter and Brady they are great !
