Samantha is amazing. We have been having issues getting our Dish account squared away since my divorce 10 years ago! When we called Galaxy One to learn more about the wireless receiver options, Samantha was so helpful - she even went so far as to help us get the Dish account problems resolved on our behalf! No more "that's someone else's problem, not mine". She had a technician to our house later that afternoon and we love the new service.
