Have been a customer for 8 years and NOT ONCE when...

Have been a customer for 8 years and NOT ONCE when I needed them to come out to fix the A/C as the temp in the house got up to 83 did they ever come. Had to wait several days for repair. Too busy and not enough service people.

Will not make it 9 years.
