It sounds cliche, but this place could seriously consider changing its name to "cheese and cheese and cheese with some mac and other stuff tossed in". Less memorable though. I ordered the smallest size, a nosh, and the portion was piping hot and more than enough to satisfy my all day walking around the city hunger. I'm a big guy too. The cheese was present in every bite, both ooey gooey soft and delightfully crisped by the cast iron skillet below and top toasting above. The flavors were well blended (I had the Philly cheese steak mac), the noodles were tender but not mushy, and the cheese... man o man. Good place, worth walking down from 49th street many times over, even if my g/f had to roll me back to the hotel.
