I called to check on rates going forward since my original contract was about to expire in about one month. At the end of my conversation with Brian I specifically told him not to cancel my service. Instead of allowing my new electric supplier to coordinate the termination with PPL he sent a letter to PPL on his own. Instead of a seamless change i now am stuck paying PPL rates until my new electric supplier takes over. Brian should never work in customer service and should reimburse me for the additional costs I will incur because of his actions.
