Do not use this place if you re suffering from mental health troubles. Not only were they unhelpful with my problems, but the billing process that s followed afterwards has been one headache on top of another. I went here because I heard they have a sliding payment scale for us lower income folks. So I was confused when I kept getting bills in the mail for services I d already been told I d paid for. I ve spoken to numerous people over the phone, I ve been down in person twice to square this away, I ve been told several times everything has been taken care of, to then receive a new bill a month later. My latest headache comes from what I m being told was a clerical error caught seven months after the fact, and billed to me right at the peak of a pandemic. If there was every a case of not helping but actually exacerbating the problem, Southwest would be it. One star is too many. Find a more honest and professional place for your mental health. You owe it to yourself.
