I feel that Hilton and the owners of this property...

I feel that Hilton and the owners of this property are spoofing us. It s a dated, luxury-adjacent property with staff more suitable for a chain of fast casual Chinese food restaurants than a luxury resort. Major hassle using my HHonors Diamond benefits during check-in- including some jabroni accusing me of stealing my credit card. The restaurants are purveyors of sadness- overpriced and with utterly sub-optimal service. The pool deck chairs are very old, but the guys working out front (bell hops and drivers) provide excellent service. I d recommend you stay literally anywhere else.
