I stayed here as part of a wedding block guest. I didn't like that there was no latch or chain on the door...which I found very disturbing when a maid walked into my room while I was in the bathroom (a bathroom with a pocket door that also has no latch). Why a maid needs to come in and make the bed while the guests are getting ready for a wedding is beyond me. The worst part is that I brought my son's scarf with me (which I had knit for him), so he could take it on his honeymoon...and it disappeared . We reported it and I have yet to hear back from the hotel. So no, it was not a good experience. I do have to compliment the front door staff...they were exceptionally polite and accommodating.
