Ali was at the checking in reception. No smile. No welcome greeting. Told me since they were full couldn't upgrade. Also no room service for breakfast which was a big surprise since this is the covid period after all. This i asked 3 times and he said no in room dining for breakfast. Also ni toothbrush in the toilet which is not what u expect from a 4 star hotel that had glowing reviews. Big disappointment for me and family. Will stay in Shangri-la next door after this.
