I took a 48 inch tv for repair and had to call them after 2 weeks (was told they would call with diagnosis when done) and was told it would be $249 for repair and when they recieved the payment would order parts and fix it. I called weeks later and was told the parts take 7 to 10 days to come in. It was over that. Again was told they would call when they were in. To make a long, frustrating story shorter, I finally called into the third month and was told the tv was done but it would be another $180 before I could pick it up. When I offered to pay over the phone and have someone pick it up (I am 90 miles away), I was told that I couldn't do that and would have to pay the balance when I picked it up. They were rude, did not ever come through with anything that they told or promised us. I have to wonder if they know what they are doing and will never have any dealings with them again.
