Ordered a wheel motor that we were told they had on the shelf. Credit Card was billed immediately for the item, plus tax and shipping. Confirmation email showed that they did not have the part and would order it and it would ship in 14 days. Called the next day to cancel and get a refund, and 5 days later the refund still has not been processed. We have been lied to 3 times on the one order.
