It's the worst experience I've ever had. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. How reviews ended with so many stars, I just don't know where it comes from. It's unprofessional with its management and services.
Joined the Starship Vivid Cruise more then a week ago. Paid and invited some overseas friends together, hoping to give them a good evening treat with the so called "luxurious dinner seating style cruise".
2nd earliest group to be allocated for table sitting (Table 2) but the last group to be allowed to buffet servings. Most of the serving trays are empty. Have to scrap food & salad from corners of serving trays for our plates. Only chicken was available, beef and fish was finished and there was no refill. Desserts ended up with people complaining as there was none left for those last helpers. Services was the worst. Staffs were very inexperience. Other then removing and clearing off the emptied trays, do not have the least hospitality experience and manners.
The person-in-charge on board of the cruise, (should have got his name down) is just as unprofessional with managing, controlling and worst of all, manners. Other then calling out tables for food, he doesn't shows responsibility for his position of work.
The vessel was huge but so are the cruise members. Tables were closely squeezed and packed. As people walked passed behind, my chairs were bumped into many many times. Can't even be seated without being bumped while having my dinner. Tickets were not cheap. $$ spent on bar counter for drinks but ended up with almost nil to worst dinner we've ever had. What a disgrace. Hope the management will do something instead of just collecting money and business only without fulfilling customers satisfaction.
