Ordered two bilstein shocks, they sent me one correct bilstein shock, and one other loose shock in the same box. The other shock was a completely different design, different manufacturer, different colors, etc. So I call RockAuto and they tell me there's nothing they can do except ship me the correct part with the original shipping method I chose for my order. Now I have to wait 5 days to hopefully receive the correct part so I can fix my car. Was going to complete the whole project this weekend. Now I have to wait until next weekend because I can't replace only 3 out of the 4 shocks/struts on my vehicle. Thanks for the great customer service.
