At the first contact because of a problem with a n...

At the first contact because of a problem with a new printer, I was informed by a haughty lady by telephone that the supplier of our copier, 123ink, had no knowledge. Unfortunately, this lady did not send the email she promised. so made contact again and also let you know that I do not think it is that strong to lose your own dealer, this was not addressed. The copies on sticker material were stained, the cause had to be sought in the toner of 123 ink. So ordered original toner from 123ink, but that was not the solution to this problem either. After telephone support, settings were adjusted to the printer and the smearing stopped, incidentally also with the toner of 123 ink, the only difference, I think, is the price of the toner, at least I can't draw any other conclusion. But the print quality remained dull on sticker material, not on plain paper. Phone support again but to no avail. Today a technician was at the door and soon he concluded that it was the toner of 123ink. Given this bold statement, I called 123ink in his presence. That didn't suit sir, I'm not going to talk to them, he said, that's not my intention either, I said, I can do that myself. If you don't stop calling (I was still in the queue) I'll leave. So I ended the conversation but still left, sir, I now had no warranty on the printer, only 1 copy with the toner of 123 ink is enough to irreparably damage the machine, he said on his way to the front door. I just had to fix it with 123 ink. After his departure I called 123ink again, explained the whole story, forwarded photos and they are now trying to solve my problem. I have been doing business with 123ink for a long time and I am always helped neatly and above all very quickly. In my opinion, it would be better if Kyocera first tried to do its best in terms of customer orientation before they judge someone else who has their affairs in order. My advice, never buy a Kyocera, you will be made a plaything there with their apparent frustration with one of their dealers. Not very professional and moreover you as a customer are left out in the cold.
