1. Got there early for a family member s appointment. I do this to allow for mishaps and unplanned events. They took it upon themselves to get us in early. We were seen 30 minutes before scheduled appointment.

2. The lady who saw us was kind, helpful, and so patient with my loved one, who has dementia.
