As far as Butlins resorts go, it's a good one. Compared to other all-in-one holidays, you can tell this is on the cheaper end, as many of the complimentary items and activites are purchasable extras.
I attended as part of a spring harvest event, with multiple complimentary activites carried out through the day. Without spring harvest, regular Butlins feels a little sparse at times, especially during the cooler times of the year.
During the summer however, the beach and outdoor activities really help sell the place, it's just down to you how much you think that's worth.
