If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've lived in 3 Preiss company places and the student housing wasn't bad but as soon as I moved into a townhouse, the experience was terrible. They charged my roommate and I money and couldn't tell us what it was for and when I asked about it, I was told to pay it first and then they would consider looking into it. They make up rules on the go at their own discretion. They won't send any maintenance to your apartment if you're late on rent one time. They take away your way of paying online for being late on rent once. Heather Mills was the rudest person I've ever met. She doesn't reply to any emails or concerns but gives you deadlines to reply to hers. She doesn't keep any promises nor does she care. I would just say be careful when dealing with them some people are way nicer than others. Like I said, my student housing experience was great. When I moved to my townhouse is when my experiences weren't as good.
