Please read all of it. It does get better. This is a review ongoing for a year. Worse hospital ever. Never, ever... EVER go here... if you have a choice. No care, no compation by most, yes some of the staff are great.But over all experience was less then friendly. This is not a place to go if your in dire need. If this is your case, DO NOT GO HERE! -5 . This is the kind of place you go and if, God forbid you die, they won't find you till the next bunch clocks in. Better to go to a Veterinarian, they care. Update: (7 months later) Been on hold 27min, called 7x so fare to check on my wife who is in ICU. Had to call an ambulance .. Paramedics get a big 5 . They are great. The hospital hung up on me 2x now and when I get threw they can't even tell me if they are keeping her! :( I have a young daughter and can't go because she has a cold.... 38min now! :( My total wait time and hung up on was 1hr and 47min. Update: I have changed from 1 to 2 Because today the staff was/is very professional and caring towards my wife! Good job! ICU... Proud of the care you are giving ALL the patients today April 2nd 2019!
