Initially the conversation went ok and I finalized Kia Sorento 2020 after price negotiations. The one part that was confirmed to me was the warranty that I chose for scratch/windshield repair (smart program)could be cancelled any time at no cost or penalty within 30 days.
Once the deal was finalized I called the dealership to get the car ready for pickup and the dealership confirmed the car would be ready to go at 6pm.
This is where the pathetic poor service started. The car was not ready when I reached at 6:15. There were no winter mats installed as promised and the manager said that will be delivered to me next day. During the vehicle walkaround I was shocked to find when the engine hood was opened there were layers of dust on it. It does not end there. When I called after a week to cancel the scratch/windshield repair (Smart program) Insurance I was told I will be charged $180 as there was visor put on the car, however that visor was going to be part of the deal as committed by the salesperson with no strings attached to the Insurance.
This is an example of unprofessional service and miscommitment on part of the dealership and sales staff and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.
I would advise that anyone buying car from this dealership should get in writing any part of the deal discussed before finalizing as there is no backing to verbal commitment by any sales staff at the dealership.
