Amazing customer service and experience. The fit of my first order was way off (mostly my fault) and they were really patient with me and helped talk me through the changes and find my true fit. Just got my remade shirt and the fit is outstanding, the cloth is beautiful and the construction is spot on. Really impressed with Proper Cloth and their customer service team. They're thorough and communicative and strike a good balance between asking/telling when helping you find what's right for you. Looking forward to ordering more great shirts. Heads up to new buyers - only order one shirt on your first order to make sure the fit is right.
