They work very hard to get projects done. Sometimes they aren't coordinated very well, but that's because they have so much going on normally. They do all of our heating and plumbing work. Never had a problem with any of the work they've done. Last plumbing inspection, we found a wastewater leak that had it gone unfixed would have eventually found the guest toilet on the first floor down in the basement. They always call before they come out, but I have found the dispatchers don't have direct communication with their workers in the field. One day I was called and informed "here he comes" and "he" didn't show up until 1 p.m. Turns out it was a different "he" because the "real he" had called in sick the night before and the dispatchers weren't told. The work was still done on time though. But, the dispatchers don't have any way of knowing where their peeps really are. Seems with GPS, that would be easy to fix.
